Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Products take 2 to 4 working days to arrive at a customer's address in the UK and 3 to 7 working days for countries in Europe on average.
If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, delivery might take slightly longer. Please allow additional time if your order has not arrived on the expected date. We will contact you by email or phone if there is a significant delay with your order. Delays are sometimes caused by circumstances beyond our control such as problems with the postal service, public holidays or late deliveries from suppliers.
The cost of delivery is displayed on checkout and included in the total cost of your order. Some countries have import controls which may regulate products or cause additional costs which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer support team to determine if import controls apply to your specific country.
All products are delivered in concealed packaging to ensure the confidentiality of our customers. The medication will arrive in an envelope/box that gives no indication of what is inside.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your medicine after four weeks, it is considered lost. Please allow 28 days after you place an order to report it as lost. An investigation will be conducted and a refund or replacement product will be provided upon approval.
Please be careful to provide us with accurate and updated details such as your contact number and postal address when you place an order. We cannot be held liable if orders are lost as a result of incorrect details being submitted.
